One of the Greatest Journeys a Muslim Can Make

Hajj is one of the five pillars of Islam and one of the greatest acts of worship a Muslim can perform. It's a journey that millions of Muslims around the world dream of making, and preparing for it properly is part of the obligation itself.

This three-week course covers the key rulings of Hajj to help you learn and prepare.

This course gives you a clear, step-by-step guide to the fiqh of Hajj, covering the conditions that make it valid, the practices themselves, and what to do if a mistake is made. The teaching follows the Hanafi school and is rooted in the Quran and Sunnah.

Fiqh is the Islamic science of practical rulings. It answers the question: how do I actually do this correctly? It covers what is required, what is recommended, what is permitted, and what is not. When we study the fiqh of Hajj, we are learning the rules that govern every part of the journey, from the moment you enter ihram to the moment your Hajj is complete.

Course Structure:

Week 1 – Conditions of Hajj and Ihrām
What makes Hajj obligatory and valid · The rules of ihrām · The three types of Hajj (ifrād, tamattuʻ, qirān)

Week 2 – The rituals, step by step
From Minā to ʻArafah, Muzdalifah and Makkah, every stage explained clearly

Week 3 – Mistakes and penalties

Common violations · Penalties and expiations · How to put things right
